Greetings from the UBF Institute Pastoral Cohort Committee!
The Pastoral Cohort is one of UBF Institute’s largest initiatives, specifically designed to develop our Chapter Directors. The program aims to equip you for effective pastoral ministry as a UBF Pastor and is tuned to be equivalent to Master of Divinity training with an emphasis on UBF’s mission, vision, and core values.
We are forming the first cohort of the North American Pastoral Cohort for North America chapter leaders and those who will succeed them in leadership. The North American Pastoral Cohort program is projected to begin in August 2026. Please ensure that you submit your application forms by April 30, 2026 (Please follow the provided application instructions). Once you are accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
