Victor serves as the Associate Pastor at Shippensburg UBF, where he passionately ministers to his congregation with a heart for discipleship and spiritual growth. He is also a dedicated Professor of Web Design, Multimedia Technology, and Games/Animation at Hagerstown Community College, inspiring students to explore the intersection of creativity and technology. Victor's greatest aspiration is to know the Risen Christ more intimately and to experience His transformative power as a living and active presence in every aspect of his life.
